The original and still applicable business idea of KL-Varaosat company is specialising in the importing of original Mercedes-Benz and BMW passenger car replacement parts and the resale of the parts to companies in the field and to individuals. The company was founded in 1979. A new feature is a successful web store.

The corporation is formed by the parent company KL-Parts Oy and the subsidiaries KL-Varaosat Kari Lindfors Oy in Tampere, Jyväskylä’s KL-Varaosat Oy and KL-Varaosat Oy in Rovaniemi. In addition, the KL-Varaosat company has 44 resellers and a web store. The clients of the replacement part store are mainly car repairs shops, resellers and retailers, and private consumers, but the clients also include municipalities, rescue departments, vocational institutes and insurers.

The strict limiting also makes possible a more rare replacement parts selection.
