Choosing the companies

Our interest is currently focused on those companies, which seek to execute a generational or majority owner change. The criteria are viability, the field’s development outlook and the suitability for Panostaja’s existing or future clusters.

In recent times, we have stepped on new and interesting areas. We are not tied to the past. So offer us your company; it may even be the beginning of a new cluster.

Conditions

Panostaja buys a business in its entirety. The former owner will not remain as a partner, but will receive a hundred per cent benefit for his/her life’s work.

Arrangements

Panostaja will not slice up the company that it buys, but will bring it a new, hungry owner along with business and strategic know-how. In this work, of great help are the professional directors of the parent company and also the experiences and know-how of the directors of Panostaja’s other subsidiaries.

The new managing director invests his/her own assets into the company committing to the normal entrepreneurship risk and profit.

We approach companies that can be bought on the general level in the media or through direct marketing.
