What we expect

The person we choose firstly has entrepreneurial spirit. This is a unique type of person, who leads with his/her whole heart and carries the company even over death valleys. We also want that our new entrepreneur has already shown his/her will to win and gained prizes. Thirdly, we hope that the person has experience in the field represented by the target company, but with this we can be flexible.

What we need

We need an entrepreneur, so we need a financial and mental commitment. We require that the entrepreneur will become an owner with a subscribed share and thus with a normal entrepreneur risk and a possibility for profit. The individual investment is 20–30% depending on the size of the company. The ownership is flexible and negotiable.

How we support

Panostaja supports the new entrepreneur by bringing into the company, for example, financial assessment and directing skills. For the entrepreneur, we offer a systematically designed development program. A strong professional group is formed of the directors of Panostaja’s subsidiaries. The experiences and visions of this group and their different knowledge and skills help every Panostaja entrepreneur forward.
